In order to improve the asphalt distributing quality of synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment,the characteristics of asphalt pump and asphalt nozzle is studied.

将碎石均匀地摊铺在路基上的施工机械。由料斗、支承滚轮、滑橇、V形刮板、 加宽侧板和运行轮等组成。料斗拖挂在自卸汽车后面，由自卸汽车供料和牵引，进行摊铺作业。料斗前部支承于滚轮上，后部支承于滑橇上，以降低对地基的比压，并提高铺层的平整度。料斗下部的出料口装有斗门以调整开度。料斗后壁中央装有V形刮板，将碎石分向两侧。刮板后面为闸门,用以调节摊铺厚度。在料斗后方两侧壁上还用铰链装有加宽侧板，借以调节摊铺宽度。碎石摊铺机如作短距离拖运时，可将后部滑橇换成运行轮，以便牵引拖移。碎石摊铺机的主要技术参数是料斗容量、摊铺的宽度和厚度。
