xuonfu ehenj!咱悬浮沉井(floating drop一shaft一lining)在竖井钻井法掘进中将处于悬浮状态的沉井井壁不断接长,直至达到设计深度的作业。下沉井壁时,当井筒钻进达到设计直径和深度,经检查质量符合要求,泥浆参数也符合下沉井壁要求后即可进行漂浮下沉井壁。把在地面预制好的带弧形底的井壁底座放入井筒使其在洗井液上面漂浮,然后在它上面一节一节地将地面预制好的整体井壁连接.依靠自重和在井壁内加水(平衡水)助其下沉,直至井壁底下沉到井底,再进行壁后充填水泥浆或水泥砂浆固井。 中国矿山主要使用钢筋混凝土预制筒形井壁,每节井壁的高度根据提吊设备能力、钻塔允许的高度和罐道梁布置情况来确定,其值一般取6一sm。井壁底为预制钢筋混凝土结构,高度为2.5一6m,底厚为400一60t)mm。 一般使用龙门吊车或封口平车等专门设备,先运一节井壁至井口,由大钩提吊,再把井壁底移到井口与第一节井壁连接。为防止水渗漏,将联接井壁的法兰盘 一侧焊住,并在焊缝外涂以沥青砂浆,然后用大钩将带井壁底的第一节井壁下放到洗井液中逐渐下沉,一边下沉一边注入平衡水,并及时排走因井壁下沉而从井壁外围挤出的洗井液。当并壁上端距井筒琐口面1一1.sm时,便停止注水,使其停止下沉,并用木楔将井壁暂时固定。连接好下节井壁,再继续下沉,依此循环至全部井壁下沉到设计深度为止(见图)。书 水久井壁漂浮下沉法施工示意图 1预制的井壁;2底座;3泥浆;4一水;5一压气排桨器; 6水管;了一钻台车;8一龙门吊车;9临时锁口 (吴跃何修仁)
