补充资料:动/热稳定试验
      检验开关的主回路和接地回路(在适用的地方)承载短路电流能力的试验。其中,动稳定试验又称峰值耐受电流试验,热稳定试验又称短时耐受电流试验。
  
  机械式开关在闭合位置所能耐受短路电流的能力可用额定峰值耐受电流或额定动稳定电流Ir(短路电流第一个大半波的电流峰值)、额定短时耐受电流或额定热稳定电流 I(有效值)以及额定短路持续时间或额定热稳定时间t3个参数来表示。
  
  动/热稳定试验可在任意温度、任意适当电压下进行,频率应为受试产品的额定频率,其偏差为±10%。
  
  动/热稳定试验通常联合进行,如因试验设备限制也可以分开进行。试验时,其I2t和动稳定电流峰值Ir不得低于规定值。且与规定值的差为:I2t不得超过10%;Ir值不得超过5%。
  
  试品在承受动稳定电流和热稳定电流的作用后,不得有下列情况之一,否则试品的动/热稳定性能为不合格:①影响试品正常工作的任何机械损伤和局部绝缘损伤而引起的绝缘性能降低;②试品出现自动分闸及各种联锁失灵等;③触头出现熔焊或有影响工作的烧伤;④配人力操动机构的试品用人力合分各3次,配电动操动机构的产品用规定的最低电(气、液)压合分各 3次中出现拒分、拒合;⑤试品的机械特性超过技术条件规定范围。
