性质:室温稳定的ZrO2是单斜相,在掺杂二价碱土金属氧化物或三价稀土氧化物后,形成萤石型立方固溶体,又称全稳定ZrO2,是氧离子导体。掺稀土比掺碱土金属者有更高的电导率,如在1000℃时,(ZrO2)0.88(CaO)0.12和(ZrO2)0.91(Y2O3)0.09的电导率分别为10-2和10-1S·cm-1。ZrO2基固溶体的离子迁移数近于1,但受氧分压影响,氧分压至一定下限时会出现电子电导。Y2O3稳定的ZrO2固溶体己成功地用作高温燃料电池和氧传感器的隔膜材料。
