竞技跳水项目之一，在有弹性的金属或玻璃钢跳板上进行。跳板高度有1米和3米两种。动作有面对池向前跳水，面对板向后跳水，面对池反身跳水，面对板向内跳水及转体跳水。各组均有规定动作和自选动作，按两种动作得分总和评定名次。
