性质:在气液色谱过程中,溶质分子不断进出于流动相和固定液相之间,但溶质在此两相之间的平衡不是瞬间完成的。溶质由流动相至两相界面,再由两相界面至流动相内,反复发生质量传递过程,除纵向扩散外,所有阻碍溶质在两相间达到平衡的因素都归于传质阻力。由于这些阻力存在,使色谱峰产生区域扩展。传质阻力与流速、溶质扩散系数、液膜厚度、载体粒径等有关。
