This paper carried out the dynamic analysis for Y7125 grinder spindle based on ANSYS,including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.
借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对Y7125磨齿机主轴系统进行了动力学分析(包括模态分析和谐响应分析),研究了机床主轴部件的动态特性,获得了机床主轴组件的动态参数,为机床主轴组件设计和结构改进提供了重要依据。

According to the grinding principle of Y7125 grinder and the gear meshing theory,a mathematical model for grinding gear cutters was established,the profile equation of grinding wheel was obtained based on the profile equation of gear coordinate.
根据Y7125磨齿机的磨齿原理和齿轮啮合原理,建立了磨削齿轮刀具的数学模型,基于齿轮坐标系中的齿形方程,得到砂轮坐标系中的截形方程,据此确定了精确磨削修形齿轮刀具的砂轮截形曲线,并给出了解析实例。

According to the working principle of gear grinding with generating method and meshing theory of gears,the validity of involute helicoid grinding with conical wheel gear grinding machine was proved with normal method of tooth profile,where the equations of tooth profile and involute helicoid were concerned.
