This paper presents a study on the characteristics of sediment transport and sediment delivery ratio in the lower Yellow River based on data of runoff and sediment load measured from 1950 to 2002.
以1950-2002年实测输沙资料为基础,研究了黄河下游的输沙量和排沙比变化特点,参照能够反映黄河特点的考虑上站含沙量的输沙率公式,建立了黄河下游逐河段的输沙量和排沙比计算公式。

The paper puts forward the relational expression of sediment delivery ratio of the whole section and section by section of the lower reaches based on silt-discharge data of each flood occurred in the lower Yellow River and on the operational conditions of late period of debris retaining of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir.
以小浪底水库拦沙后期运用为前提条件,根据黄河下游历次洪水的场次水沙资料,提出了下游河段全段及分段的排沙比关系式,分析表明黄河下游上段河道冲淤幅度较下段大,所以河床演变迅速且不稳定;下段河道断面窄深,经上段对水沙调节后,下段冲淤幅度小,河床平稳,但是输沙入海的瓶颈河段。

Based on the data observed from 1961 to 1990 (some data to 1994),this paper statistically analyzes the effect of ENSO on atmospheric pressure,total cloud cover,precipitation and numbers of tropical storm in Nansha waters ,and discussed the comprehersive effect of ENSO on the climatic state in Nansha.
对1961—1990年(部分资料到1994年)期间在南沙海域的观测资料,进行了统计分析,其结果表明:在ENSO发生的当年,南沙海域的海平面气压呈正距平,年降水量明显偏少,热带气旋活动的日数一般偏少;在历次ENSO过程中,南沙海域的总云量与SOI的变化趋势基本一致。
