补充资料:江山绿牡丹
原名仙霞化龙。产于江山市境内他霞岭北麓的裴家地、龙井等地。仙霞山位于浙闽交界,主峰海拔1503米,山区林木茂盛,溪水环绕,浓雾弥漫,漫射光多,年均气温17℃左右,无霜期256天左右,常年平均降水量1600毫米左右,土壤肥沃,有机质含量丰富。自古为名茶产地。始制于唐代,北宋文豪苏东坡誉之为“奇茗”,明代列为御茶。
茶树芽叶萌发早,芽肥叶厚,持嫩性强,故当地茶农有早采嫩摘的习惯。一般于清明前后采摘一芽一、二叶初展。为保证茶叶质量,以传统工艺制作,经摊放、炒青、轻揉、理条、轻复揉、初烘、复烘等工序。炒青特点为:一人炒制,一人摇扇,摊凉过程亦需煽风凉却。成品条直形状自然,白毫显露,色泽翠绿诱人,香气清高,滋味鲜醇爽口,汤色碧绿清澈,芽叶朵朵分明,叶色嫩绿明亮。
根据苏东坡任杭州太守时所赋谢赠仙霞山茶诗,可知早于宋代,该茶品已臻佳境。1982年被商业部列为全国名茶;民国时期绝迹。新中国建立后,于1980年恢复试产。1982年改用现名,并获全国名茶称号。1985、1986年连续被评为浙江省优胜名茶。
