| 电子测量 electronic measurement 用电子学手段在零频率（即直流）至光频的电磁频谱中对常用电磁量的测量。为实行测量而采用的原理、方法、手段和技术措施，称为电子测量技术。电子测量的对象是材料、元件、器件、整机和系统的特征电磁量，大致包括：①基本参量，如电流 、电压、功率、频率、阻抗等。② 综合参量，如网络参量 、波形参量和晶体管参量等。③ 特殊频段参量，如激光频率、光纤电特性、亚毫米波参量等。对于不同参量、不同量程、不同频段以至不同传输形式，往往要采用不同的测量技术。电子测量在 20世纪下半叶以后发展很快，以下2个方面引人注目：①从使用个别或几个独立的仪器对单项或分别对若干项电磁量进行测量，转向利用多功能复合仪器系统对整个被测器件或系统做出全面表征。②电子测量和计算机技术相结合，使测量仪器进一步智能化、自动化，实现宽频带、宽量程、高精度和多功能测量。电子测量已渗透到几乎所有的测量领域，对科学技术和经济生产的发展具有重要意义。 |
