补充资料:黄花城水库
'黄花城水库'建于1971年,因地处黄花城头道关,又称道关水库,又因头道关城岩壁上有明代摩崖石刻“金汤”二字,也称“金汤池”。该水库大坝与头道关门位置重合,为混凝土浇筑弧形坝。坝高22.5米,坝顶长10.5米,总容量49万立方米。
该大坝及水库的建设,为古老的长城和金汤关城增添了城水相映的奇观。
