位于太阳沟友谊塔附近。此馆于2000年5月12日开始动工兴建，投资2350万元，建筑面积5000平方米。室内布展具回归自然风格，分为鳄鱼、龟鳖、各种蛇类及标本等八个展区。有泰国、澳大利亚、非洲等地的各种蛇。还有哈萨克斯坦的陆龟、水龟、海龟、扬子鳄、娃娃鱼等。大连旅顺蛇类生态博物馆无论蛇类的品种、数量及规模都堪称亚洲第一。
