Due to real-time information of the electric power system is depended on multi-subsystems of different functions, there is no standard to the method of traditional data exchange.

Through the comparison of C/S structure with B/S structure and in accordance with the actual condition of the management information system in Enshi electric power general corporation,The paper explains why the B/S system structure has been chosen as the real-time information system for Enshi electric network,and brings up the detailed design project.
