On hanging basket design for continuous beam bridge and cantilever pouring and its application

By introducing the hanging basket design,cantilever casting construction techniques and construction methods of main box girder of Fu River Third Bridge in Shehong,Sichuan,the main construction technical characteristics and control points of construction survey are summarized,which can provide a reference for other similar projects.

According to an instance of gear system design, this paper discusses a kind of high accuracy, short period and operation simply method of software designs, which having actual applied value.

The article introduces the design scheme of chevron composite triangular stabilized struc- tural non-weighting form traveler,and focus the introduction on the characteristics of the form trav- eler and the checking process of the key components of this form traveler able to be referred for the construction of the similar bridges.

Combined with the course of construction of Songyuan Longhua Songhua River super-sized bridge,methods of temporary anchor of beam and pier,structure and function of the form traveler,and improved structure for the pasret-hung casting of the 1# pier base were introduced in this paper.

However, under the special condition of the construction been strictly limited by the time and temperature, it is more applicable to use the form traveler taken as the counterweight matter of the closing-up section.
