In order to find out the reasons why the phenomena of violating discipline can not end after being repeatedly forbidden, we have the factors analysised mathematical statistics and qualitative analysis in ideaistic work by using two ways of questionnaire research and commune research, educe some useful disciplinarian, and bring forward some opinons for solving this difficult problem.

In view of the present flaws in the punishment for students violation of examination regulations,the author puts forward requirements for setting up the due procedure.
