Objective To divide the histologic-structural of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) according to the tendency of difference of spatial structure and change rule of uncalcified fibrocartilage (UF) and calcified fibrocartilage(CF), tibial insertion footprint of ACL of knee was histologically reconstructed with three-dimensional method.
目的 对膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)胫骨止点进行组织学三维重建,根据未钙化纤维软骨(uncalcified fibrocartilage,UF)和钙化纤维软骨(calcified fibrocartilage,CF)的空间结构和变化规律的差异来划分ACL功能束,为实验研究和临床手术重建提供新的方法和依据。

The PIV experimental results confirm the existence of an outmost attachment saddle point structure of the horseshoe vortex in juncture flow.
利用 PIV 测试技术从定量的角度实验证实了角区干扰马蹄涡在一定条件下存在着有别于传统"分离奇点"的"附着奇点结构",即对称面最上游的流线并非是从壁面向上抬起而从壁面"分离",而是经由空间的一个奇点向壁面"附着",从而表明表面油流显示中的渐进收拢线可能是附着线而非分离线,因而油流渐进收拢线只是分离的必要条件而非充分条件。
