食管闭锁
esophageal atresia

是一种先天性食管畸形。原因是胚胎发育至第3~6周之间,出现发育异常,造成食管隔断,成盲端或与气管、支气管相通形成食管-支气管瘘。症状为患儿吮吸奶汁立即呕吐或出现严重呛咳、发绀或窒息。通过食管放置导管并注入碘油行X线检查可确诊。治疗原则为首先挽救患者生命,再重建消化道连续性,尽可能利用食管。
