| 曼森氏裂头蚴病 sparganosis mansoni 由曼氏迭宫绦虫的幼虫引起的寄生虫病。主要表现为皮下结节或包块，多见于四肢及腹胸壁，也可寄生在眼部。成虫寄生在猫及犬的肠内，其虫卵在水中孵化钩毛蚴，经剑水蚤与蝌蚪两个中间宿主而发育为全尾蚴，这种幼虫也可寄生在蛙 、蛇 、鸡及猪体内而不发生形态学变化 (转续宿主)，为终宿主吞食后即可发育为成虫。人们往往因在伤口贴敷蛙肉或进食不熟的带幼虫的蛇肉、鸡肉或猪肉而得病。在人体内虫体一般不能成熟 。该病常在手术切除皮下结节时确诊，吡喹酮有效。 |
