内寒 内寒 病证名。阳虚则阴盛，阴盛则内寒。因阳气虚弱，脏腑功能衰退所致水液运化障碍、浊阴潴留的证候。症见吐泻、腹痛、手足逆冷，或水肿痰饮等，所排体液多以澄澈清冷或大便稀薄为特点。《素问·至真要大论》：“诸病水液，澄澈清冷，皆属于寒。”
