关节面
即构成关节的相对的骨面。常是一凹一凸,表面比较光滑,并由关节软骨覆盖。关节软骨都是透明软骨,薄而坚硬,但各关节软骨厚薄不一,通常厚度为2~7mm,关节软骨本身的不同部位的厚度亦不相同。关节软骨具有弹性,能承受负荷和吸收震荡。其表面光滑并有少量滑液,以减少摩擦,有利于活动。关节软骨内既无血管也无神经,其营养主要由滑液和关节滑膜层的血管渗透获得。
