Objective: To investigate the changes of gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) volume and amount of aspartate transaminase(AST) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in GCF during different materials porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) crowns restoration.
目的：通过对不同材料的烤瓷熔附金属全冠(PFM)修复后对患者不同时期进行临床指标观察和龈沟液(GCF)的量以及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)总量的测定，来研究PFM修复后患者GCF中两种酶总量的变化与牙周指标的关系，探讨AST和ALP的水平与牙周组织健康的关系及不同的内冠材料对牙周组织的影响。

熔块瓷 主要以熔块为助熔剂制成的瓷器。制造过程是：先将石英、长石、硝石、硼砂等或其它化工原料熔制成熔块。然后用熔块与粘土、石英配制成泥料，经过成型、烧结等工序。烧成温度在1200～1250℃之间。半透明度好，但机械强度较差。用于美术瓷。
