提出瘀血阻络是肝硬化腹水 (HCA )的病理基础 ,活血利水是其根本治疗大法 ,并以此为指导拟中药活血利水方 ,对 30例 HCA患者进行了系统的临床观察 ,总有效率达到 70 % ,能有效地改善临床症状和体征 ,具有较好的利尿和消除腹水的功效 ;能升高 A / G比值 ,降低血清球蛋白 GL O,免疫球蛋白 Ig G,Ig A,增加 CD3,CD4/ CD8。
