本实验应用健脾补肾益气养阴法组方中药观察其对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织细胞抗氧化能力的影响。

| 补阴 中医治疗阴虚证的方法。又称滋阴、养阴、育阴、益阴。属补法。补阴法常用于治疗形体消瘦，口咽干燥，两目干涩，眩晕，耳鸣，干咳少痰，痰中带血，胃中灼热等。不同脏腑的阴虚证临床表现各有特点，其治法和用药也有差异。故补阴法有补心阴、补肺阴、补胃阴、补肝阴、补肾阴等。常用地黄、龟版、天冬、麦冬、百合、熟地、知母、山萸肉等药物为主组成方剂，如沙参麦门冬汤、天王补心丹、六味地黄丸、知柏地黄丸等。临床上具体使用补阴法时应注意以下两点：①因实热或感受外邪时所致的发热、口渴、自汗出等病证，不适宜用本法治疗。②因温燥药易伤阴液，故阴虚证忌用温燥药物。 |
