适应症： 本品的杀菌作用是由于逐渐分解出游离碘而产生的，其中80％－90％的结合碘可解聚成游离碘，直接使病原体内的蛋白质变性、沉淀，以致病原体细胞死亡，从而达到高效消毒杀菌的目的。其特点是强力杀菌，毒性低，且为广谱杀菌剂，能杀死病毒、细菌、芽孢、真菌及原虫。对金葡球菌、淋球菌、绿脓杆菌、梅毒螺旋体、乙肝病毒、艾滋病毒、阴道滴虫等都有较强的杀灭作用。可用于皮肤消毒、外伤皮肤黏膜消毒。
用量用法： 外用：预防和治疗皮肤损伤而致的感染，用1％本品溶液外涂。
不良反应： 外用可引起皮肤过敏反应，对皮肤和黏膜有刺激性。严重烧伤或大面积受损的皮肤使用可引起全身不良反应，如代谢性酸中毒、高钠血症和肾功能损伤。
注意事项：
1.对碘过敏者慎用；2.烧伤面积大于20％者，不宜局部应用；3.甲状腺病患者应慎用；4.妊娠妇女和新生儿大面积使用时应谨慎；5. 4岁以下儿童不推荐使用。
