方法从2005年8月至2007年10月对我院NICU收治的60例新生儿HIE患儿随机分成2组,治疗组(n=30)使用脑苷肌肽治疗;对照组(n=30)使用胞二磷胆碱或1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,通过比较两组患儿临床神经症状恢复时间及新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA)来判断药物的疗效。
