站桩功 以站式为主,躯干、四肢保持特定的姿势,使全身或某些部位的松紧度呈持续的静力性的运动状态,从而保健强身,防治疾病的静功功法。站桩功能恢复和增强体力,适合于各种身体情况,还可治疗高血压、溃疡病、神经衰弱、月经病等。 站桩功的姿势很多,有基本式、休息式、高位式、中位式、低位式等。基本式可分为双重基本式和单重基本式。双重基本式是两脚平均着力的姿势。单重基本式是两脚交成85度,一前一后斜向错开,前脚着力轻,后脚着力重。休息式是站桩功里身体支撑力最轻的姿势,体势高度比身高约低半拳。练功者按其身体支撑量的程度,可选轻靠休息式、双扶休息式、单扶休息式、贴腰休息式等。高位式是站桩功最基本的体势,体势高度比休息式又降半拳左右。它又可分为垂撑式、下按式、提抱式、环抱式等。中位式的体势高度又比高位式降低自己身高的两拳左右。低位式比中位势又降低自己身高的三拳左右,它是站桩功里体式最低、身体支撑量最大的一种练法。低位式又可分为马式、伏虎式。 |
