| 侧扫声呐 side scan sonar 利用回声测深仪的测深原理探测海底地貌和水下物体的设备。又称海底地貌仪。其换能器阵装在海洋测量船的船壳内或拖曳体中，走航时向两侧方向发射扇形波束的声波，侧扫海底地貌。换能器收到的回声信号，经放大、处理和记录后，在纸条上显示出海底图像来。回波信号较强的目标，图像较黑，声波照射不到的影区，图像色调很淡。根据这个原理，可估算出目标的高度。1960年首次使用这种仪器进行海底地质调查。后来广泛应用于海底地形调查，并用来探测水下的目标，如礁石、沉船、管道、电缆等。工作频率常选取几十至几百千赫，声脉冲持续时间短于1毫秒；拖曳航速常用3～6节，也有达到16节的；侧扫的距离常为300～600米。从记录图像上，能判断泥、沙、岩石等不同的底质。利用数字信号处理技术获得的小视野放大图像，可分辨目标的细节。 |
