放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。利用放射性核素标记的，能与神经受体特异结合的配体作为显(成)像剂，用正电子发射体层(PET)或单光子发射体层(SPECT)得到的脑神经受体的影像。用于了解神经受体的分布部位、数量和功能，并能计算出内源性神经递质的释放速率。目前研究较深的神经受体有多巴胺D2受体，阿片受体和乙酰胆碱能受体。
