The characteristics of PVDT-co-PNIPAAm/DNA complexes formed via complementary hydrogen bond and gene transfection mediated by this nonviral vector were investigated.
体外细胞转染实验揭示,基于氢键结合DNA的PVDT-co-PNIPAAm共聚物载体可成功地将pGL3质粒转入COS-1细胞中,总体上转染效率比裸DNA高30～66倍,与商业化非病毒载体Exgen 500的转染效率仅相差一个数量级。
