细胞色素氧化酶
cytochrome exidase

即细胞色素a、a3。因目前尚不能将两者分开,且它们的分子中含Gu。其是氧化呼吸链中,电子传递的最后一个酶,是以血红素A为辅基的血红素蛋白,存在于线粒体内膜。在整个呼吸链中只有细胞色素氧化酶可直接以氧分子为电子受体,故属氧化酶类。CO、CN、H2S等对该酶有抑制作用。
