AIM: To study the effects of six flavonoids (fisetin, quercetin, apigenin, phloretin, hesperetin, and chal-cone) on proliferation of hepatic stellate cell (HSC-T6 cells).

The result and conclusion of this work are as follows:(1) Two compounds were isolated from acetic ether-soluble extraction by repeated column chromatography, recrystallization and so on, and their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectrum as fisetin (1) and luteolin (2).
得到的结果和结论如下:(1)乙酸乙酯部位应用硅胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法,分离得到2个黄酮类化合物,其结构经理化和UV、NMR等波谱鉴定,为黄颜木素(1)和木犀草素(2);正丁醇部位通过多次硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶及反相硅胶柱色谱的分离纯化,得到10个化合物,经理化和UV、1HNMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱鉴定了其中7个化合物的结构,分别为染料木素(3)、异半皮桉苷(5)、北美圣草素(6)、高北美圣草素(7)、甘草素(8)、大豆素(9)、柚皮素(12),其中化合物(1)、(2)、(3)、(5)、(7)和(9)均为首次从该植物中分离得到,另外3个化合物初步鉴定为生物碱、芳香醛类化合物及黄酮鼠李糖苷,结构还在鉴定中。
