磁共振血管成像
磁共振成像方法之一。磁共振成像中,利用血液的流动效应显示血管影像的技术。和常规X线血管造影不同,MRA通常不需要注射对比物质。主要用于MRA的技术有时间飞越法(time of flight,TOF)、相位对比法(phase contrast,PC)和黑血技术。与常规X线血管造影另一不同点是MRA的信号可二维或三维采集与显示,还可二维与三维方式结合采集(MOTSA)。迄今,MRA主要用于较大血管的成像,在微细血管的显示上还不能取代常规血管造影或DSA。
