方法选择30例拟行二尖瓣置换术的风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者,术前应用二维超声、实时三维双平面成像观察二尖瓣病变,并测量二尖瓣瓣口面积(MVA),以术后描记法测量的二尖瓣标本瓣口面积为金标准进行比较分析。
