    分子式C21H28O5,分子量360.43。学名17-羟-11-脱氧皮质酮。熔点220~224℃。无色片状晶体。可的松是肾上腺皮质激素的一种。易溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮,稍溶于乙醚、苯、氯仿,微溶于水。溶于浓硫酸而成桔红色但有绿色荧光的溶液。对糖的代谢和Na+、K+的代谢有显著影响,有消炎作用,是治疗类风湿性关节炎的重要药物。可由肾上腺提取液分离,还可由胆汁酸、山药皂草甙为原料制得。
