Method The patients(n=80) with gastric ulcer(syndrome of spleen insufficiency and heat stagnation in Chinese medicine) were divided by single-blind random method into the treatment group(n=40),the ranitidine control group(n=20) and the Weinai`an Tablets control group(n=20).
方法将胃溃疡脾虚瘀热证患者80例,采用单盲随机方法分为健脾清热化瘀组40例,雷尼替丁组及胃乃安组各20例,分别观察胃镜下的疗效、中医证候疗效、治疗前后的症状、停药后6个月的复发率和停药后6个月的症状。

[Objective]To observe the effect of supplementary Sijunzi decoction(SSD) on the prevention of N-methyl-N -nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG) induced gastric cancer in the rat model,and investigate the relationship between development of gastric cancer and syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.
[结论]脾虚血瘀是胃癌及癌前病变发生发展过程中的重要促进因素之一,加味四君子汤健脾化瘀治疗能有效地抑制MNNG诱发大鼠胃癌及癌前病变的发生。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jian Pi Jiang Tang decotion in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed Qi deficiency of spleen and the disorder of sputum and blood.
目的： 观察健脾降糖汤对2型糖尿病脾虚痰瘀证的治疗效果。
补充资料：虚热经行先期
虚热经行先期 虚热经行先期 病证名。经行先期证型之一。见《医宗金鉴·妇科心法要诀》。多因女子阴血不足，虚热内扰冲任所致。症见经期提前，色鲜红，量少，质稠粘，兼有颧红，手足心热等。治宜养阴清热。方用地骨皮饮或两地汤。
