补骨脂菟丝子瘦肉汤
用料
猪瘦肉60克,补骨脂10克,茧丝子15克,红枣4个。
做法
(1)补骨脂、菟丝子、红枣(去核)洗净;猪瘦肉洗净、切件。
(2)把全部用料放人锅内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,文火煲1小时,调味供用。
功效
补肾延寿,美发养颜。
适应症
早衰发白属肾阳虚者。症见未老先衰,须发花白,形态虚弱,头晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,小便频数,或小便余沥,遗精早
泄,皮肤色斑。
注释
本汤补肾阳以健美延寿,《内经》有云"肾气盛,齿更发长''"肾气虚,发堕齿稿",可见,补肾是健美养颜,延寿缓
衰之大法。汤中补骨脂性味辛苦温,功能补肾温脾,壮阳因精,《本草经疏》说"补骨脂,能暖水脏,阴中生阳,壮火益土之要药也"。苞丝子性味辛苦平,功能补肾健脾,养肝黑发,《神农本草经>说它能"补不足,益气力"。红枣甘润和胃,滋阴养血。猪瘦肉健脾益气养血。红枣、猪瘦肉并用可使汤味鲜甜。合而为汤,补肝脾肾,益气养血,强筋健骨,健体延寿。
注意和禁忌
本汤偏于补肾阳,阴虚火旺,大便燥结者不宜饮用。
