[原料/调料]
芦荟 200公克
瘦肉 200公克
海带 40公克
生地 1两
盐 少许
[制作流程]
(1)瘦肉切片后用热水汆烫，海带洗净泡软，芦荟切小方片备用。
(2)将1000cc的水注入锅中煮开后，放入所有材料(盐除外)，用小火炖煮1小时，起锅前再加少许盐调味即可。
