方书。168卷。明朱■、滕硕、刘醇等编于洪武二十三年(1390年)。此书博引历代各家方书，兼采笔记杂说及道藏佛书等，汇辑古今医方。包括方脉、药性、运气、伤寒、杂病、妇科、儿科、针灸及本草等多方面内容。据《四库全书总目》统计，凡1960论，2175类，778法，61739方，239图。采摭繁富，编次详析，是我国现存最大的方书，保存了极为丰富和珍贵的医方资料。此书编于明初，旧籍多存，所引方书不下150余种，其中许多医书现已亡佚。同期编纂的大型类书《永乐大典》素称浩博，此书所引古医籍不见于《永乐大典》者，有50余种。因此，“古之专门秘术，实借此以有传”。对于辑佚古书，尤其是宋元医籍，亦有重要价值。由于搜罗务广，书中不免有重复■牾之处，是其不足。自明永乐(1403～1424年)年间刊行后，久无刊版。原刻早经散佚，仅存残卷19卷。此外尚存明抄本残卷35卷。清乾隆间编纂《四库全书》，据范氏天一阁藏本，得收录其全，改编为426卷。1959年人民卫生出版社据《四库全书》抄本排印，1986年中医古籍出版社据文渊阁本《四库全书》影印。
