尿潴留
retention of urine
膀胱内充满尿液但不能按意志使其排出。其原因可由于膀胱以下机械性梗阻如前列腺增生、尿道狭窄等，或膀胱神经障碍如糖尿病、脊髓损伤等所引起。亦有因环境改变和精神因素所引起的短暂尿潴留。长时间的尿潴留将导致肾功能减退。对机械性梗阻造成的尿潴留应手术解除梗阻。神经障碍者应治疗原发病。对短期内不能改善尿潴留者应行暂时性或永久性造瘘或尿流改道。
