震动觉
vibratory sense
属于深感觉。检查时用震动着的音叉放在病人肢体的骨隆起处(如内踝、外踝、尺桡骨茎突、髂嵴、手指和足趾等），询问有无震动的感觉，要注意两侧对比和感受的时限。正常人有共鸣性震动感，震动觉障碍见于脊髓后索损害等多种病变时。老年人足部的震动觉常减退，故无临床意义。
