通过测序发现莱芜黑猪在该区存在插入突变 ,插入片段长度为 2 75bp ,位于已发表的猪FSHβ亚基基因全序列的 +80 9与 +810碱基之间 ,插入片段中存在一个RNA聚合酶Ⅲ启动子及AluI内切酶识别位点 ,末端有 17个腺苷酸的poly(A) ,所以该片段可能为Alu成分。

本研究采用测序和PCR-SSCP的方法,对莱芜黑猪、鲁莱黑猪、里岔黑猪、鲁烟白猪、新沂蒙黑猪5个山东地方/培育猪种和大约克夏、长白、杜洛克3个引进猪种共八个猪种323头猪进行ESR和FSHβ基因的多态性分析,根据这两个基因的基因型频率计算各群体的基因频率,并采用最小二乘法分析了其对产仔数的遗传效应,进而分析对多产性(总产仔数、产活仔数)的影响。
