性质:卫矛科雷公藤根的杀虫有效成分。至今已分出五种生物碱:(1)C43H49O19N,熔点175~176℃,比旋度+12°(25℃,丙酮);(2)C41H47O19N,熔点211℃,比旋度+25°(25℃,丙酮);(3)C43H49O48N,熔点169~170℃,比旋度+30°(30℃,丙酮);(4)C41H49O20N,熔点238℃,比旋度+10°(25℃,丙酮);(5)C41H47O17N,熔点177~178℃。雷公藤碱在农业上对昆虫有强力胃毒和触杀效能。民间习称菜虫药。常用磨细的雷公藤根皮粉作悬浮液喷射或撒粉,对于防治菜青虫和猿叶虫、松毛虫等非常有效。也可用于清洁卫生杀蛆、灭蝇、灭孑015 。对毒鼠昏迷率达97%。7天后死亡率约50%。
