Methods:55 patients(23 cases of male unilateral vocal fold polyps,9 cases of female unilateral vocal fold polyps,6 cases of male bilateral vocal fold polyps,8 cases of female bilateral vocal fold polyp and 9 cases of female bilateral vocal nodules) undergo microlaryngoscopic surgery.
方法:使用喉高速摄影设备对我院55名声带病变(男性单侧声带息肉23例,女性单侧声带息肉9例,男性双侧声带息肉6例,女性双侧声带息肉8例及女性双侧声带小结9例)需行显微喉镜手术的住院患者进行检查,每位患者分别在手术前及手术后2周在我院喉功能室行喉高速摄像检查,同时记录其发声时的高速摄影资料并对患者的术前与术后声嘶状况进行分级评分。
