原料
当归10克，鸡血300克，料酒10克，姜3克，葱6克，盐2克，味精2克，芝麻油10克。
制法
（1）将当归研成细粉；鸡血用沸水氽透，切成3厘米见方的块，姜切片，葱 切花。
（2）将炒锅置武火上烧热，加入芝麻油，烧六成热时，下入姜葱爆香，加水1500毫升，烧沸，下入当归粉，鸡血，葱花，盐，味精即成。
特点
活血化淤，消肿减肥。
