伊贝母 伊贝母 拼音名：Yibeimu 英文名：BULBUS FRITILLARIAE PALLIDIFLORAE 书页号：2000年版一部-109 本品为百合科植物新疆贝母Fritillaria walujewii Regel 或伊犁贝母Fritill aria pallidiflora Schrenk 的干燥鳞茎。5 ～7 月间采挖，除去泥沙，晒干，再 去须根及外皮。
【性状】
新疆贝母 呈扁球形，高0.5～1.5cm。表面类白色，光滑。外层鳞叶2 瓣，月牙形，肥厚，大小相近而紧靠。顶端平展而开裂，基部圆钝，内有较大的鳞片及 残茎、心芽各 1枚。质硬而脆，断面白色，富粉性。气微，味微苦。 伊犁贝母 呈圆锥形，较大。表面稍粗糙，淡黄白色。外层鳞叶心脏形，肥大，一 片较大或近等大，抱合。顶端稍尖，少有开裂，基部微凹陷。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品粉末类白色，以淀粉粒为主体。 新疆贝母 淀粉粒单粒广卵形、卵形或贝壳形、直径5 ～54μm ，脐点点状、人字 状或短缝状，层纹明显；复粒少，由 2分粒组成。表皮细胞类长方形，垂周壁微波状弯 曲，细胞内含细小草酸钙方晶。气孔不定式，副卫细胞4～6。螺纹及环纹导管直径9 ～ 56μｍ。 伊犁贝母 淀粉粒单粒广卵形、三角状卵形、贝壳形或不规则圆形,直径约至60μm， 脐点点状、人字状或十字状。导管直径约50μｍ。 (2) 取本品粉末5g，加浓氨试液 2ml与氯仿20ml，振摇，放置过夜，滤过，滤液蒸 干，残渣加氯仿0.5ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取伊贝母对照药材5g，同法制成对 照药材溶液。再取西贝母碱对照品，加氯仿制成每 1ml含0.5mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶 液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述三种溶液各2～4μl，分别点于同一用 2％氢氧化钠溶液制备的硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以氯仿－醋酸乙酯－甲醇－水(8:8:3:2)10℃ 以下放置的下层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，依次喷以稀碘化铋钾试液和亚硝酸 钠试液。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点；在与对 照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同的棕色斑点。
【性味与归经】
苦、甘，微寒。归肺、心经。
【功能与主治】
清热润肺，化痰止咳。用于肺热咳嗽，干咳少痰，阴虚劳嗽，咯 痰带血。
【用法与用量】
3～9g。
【注意】
不宜与乌头类药材同用。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处，防蛀。
