| 鹅口疮 口腔及舌上布满白屑，状如鹅口为主要表现的儿科病证，多发生于哺乳期，尤其是早产儿及久病、体质弱的乳儿。 鹅口疮多因胎热外发，心脾积热；或口腔不洁，感染秽毒引起。常见证型有：①心脾积热型鹅口疮。证见口腔、舌上或两颊内侧出现白屑，其周围绕有微赤红晕，面赤唇红，烦躁不安，叫扰啼哭，吮乳困难，呼吸不利，流涎，大便干结，小便短黄，舌苔黄，指纹紫滞。治宜清解心脾积热，方用清热泻脾散。外搽冰硼散。②阴虚火旺型鹅口疮。证见口腔、舌上散布白屑，周围淡红不著，口舌糜烂，时作时止，缠绵难愈，形瘦体弱，面色淡红或颧红，舌嫩红，指纹淡红。治宜滋阴潜阳，方用六味地黄汤。外涂锡类散。 |
