膜性增殖性肾小球肾炎
membrano?proliferative glomerulonephritis

光镜下可见肾小球系膜细胞增生、系膜基质增加和扩展以及毛细血管壁增厚。电镜观察可分为3种亚型。Ⅰ型:增生的系膜细胞和基质伸入到基膜与内皮细胞之间,使毛细血管壁似乎分裂成双层而增厚,毛细血管腔被压而变窄;Ⅱ型:肾小球膜内出现电子致密沉积物,又称致密沉积物病;Ⅲ型:沉积物不规则地出现在毛细血管壁内。临床上本型多见于肾炎性肾病及慢性肾炎,血清C3持续明显降低,又称低补体血症性肾炎。
