红细胞缗钱形成


血浆中的红细胞重叠排列呈钱串状。血浆中球蛋白与纤维蛋白原带正电荷,红细胞及白蛋白带负电荷。当血浆中球蛋白或纤维蛋白原增加时,使红细胞表面的负电荷减少,并较快地以凹面相贴,互相重叠排列,形成串钱状。叠连的红细胞其外表面积与容积之比减少,红细胞下降加快,常见于多发性骨髓瘤等疾患。参见"红细胞沉降率"。
