膏药 附录Ⅰ P. 膏药 膏药系指药材、食用植物油与红丹炼制成膏料，摊涂于裱背上制成的外用制剂。 膏药在生产与贮藏期间均应符合下列有关规定。 一、药材应依法加工、碎、断，按各该品种项下规定的方法加食用植物油炸枯； 质地轻泡不耐油炸的药材，宜待其他药材炸至枯黄后加入。 二、炸药后的油炼至“滴水成珠”，放至一定温度后加入红丹，搅拌使充分混合， 喷淋清水。药膏成坨，置清水中浸渍。 三、挥发性药物、矿物药及贵重药应研成细粉,于摊涂前加入,温度应不超过70℃。 四、膏药应乌黑光亮、油润细腻、老嫩适度、摊涂均匀，无红斑、无飞边缺口，加 温后能粘贴于皮肤上且不移动。 五、膏药应密闭，置阴凉处贮藏。
