Schmid干骺端软骨发育不良综合征
为常染色体显性遗传伴不定的表现度。表现:轻度到中度矮小,成人高130~160cm。骨骼干骺端不规则展宽,管状骨相对较短。胫骨弓形,尤其是踝部。步态蹒跚伴有髋内翻及膝内翻。下部肋弓展宽。手指伸直轻度受限。儿童时期常腿痛,必要时应矫治。
